1. Announced order by the Ordering Party: "Comprehensive insurance for the city of Jastrzębie-Zdroj".
2. The subject of the contract is a service covering the benefit of insurance protection for property insurance, civil liability, vehicle traffic insurance and personal insurance.
3. The order of the contract has been divided into five parts:
a) Part 1 - Insurance - property, civil liability and NNW for the city of Jastrzębie -Zdroj and selected units
1) Property insurance against fire and other random events.
2) Electronic equipment insurance against all risks.
3) Property insurance against burglary, robbery and vandalism.
4) civil liability insurance for business and property.
5) real estate manager liability insurance.
6) accident insurance.
7) Cargo insurance.
b) part 2 - insurance vehicles
1) Insurance of civil liability of motor vehicle owners for damages arising in connection with the movement of these vehicles.
2) Auto-Casco insurance.
