Description:
The subject of the planned public procurement procedure will be the insurance of the University Clinical Hospital, among others Jan Mikulicz Radecki in Wrocław in the following scope:
1. Part one: Property insurance against all risks and voluntary liability insurance civil for damages caused to a third party in connection with conducting activities and possession of property,
2. Part two: Compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activities,
3. Part three: Voluntary civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activities.
Part 01 Orders
The subject of part 01 of the contract will be property insurance against all risks and voluntary civil liability insurance for damages caused to a third party in connection with conducting activities and possession of property in the scope indicated in the order documents.
Part 02 Orders
The subject of part 02 of the order will be compulsory civil liability insurance University Clinical Hospital Jan Mikulicz-Radecki in Wrocław as an entity performing medical activities.
Part 03 orders
Subject Part 03 The order will be voluntary insurance of civil liability of the University Clinical Hospital Jan Mikulicz-Radecki in Wrocław as an entity performing medical activities.
