- The subject of the order is comprehensive investor supervision over the implementation of investments in the design and build formula, including the function of a Supervision Inspector for the construction industry, a Supervision Inspector with electrical qualifications and a Supervision Inspector with sanitary qualifications in the course of preparation and implementation of investments under the task entitled Execution of general construction works in the design-build formula in an unused building at ul. Listopadowa 33 in Bielsko-Biaej, financed from the European Funds for the Silesian Voivodeship 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund). Performing functions The Construction Supervision Inspector covers activities related to the supervision of the Contractor's performance of construction works according to the construction design and the work implementation process. The Construction Supervision Inspector will supervise the entire investment process in all sectors of work related to the implementation above tasks by bringing the contractor's works to the construction site, to participating in all necessary activities, to the date of final acceptance of the construction works and obtaining the occupancy permit.
