- 1. The scope of the subject of the order includes imposing the following obligations on the investor's supervision: 1) Exercising investor's supervision over the compliance and correctness of the implementation of construction and assembly works in all industries to the extent resulting from: a) Documentation design and specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. b) Agreement concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor of construction works c) construction law, Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of October 16, 2015 regarding the construction, assembly and demolition log, an information board and an announcement containing data on occupational safety and health protection (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1775). 2) Representing the Ordering Party on the construction site. 3) Guaranteeing the Ordering Party the ability to control the progress of work on the construction site.4) Cooperation with the Construction Works Contractor in the implementation of possible changes, corrections, amendments resulting from the non-compliance of the design documentation with decisions and opinions or the conclusion of the contract, as well as changes that may reduce construction costs or operation of the implemented investment.5) Participating in and conducting coordination meetings on dates agreed with the Ordering Party and the Contractor...
