• Description:
• Comprehensive laundry services in the Contractor's laundry, along with the rental of underwear and surgical clothing 1. The subject of the Agreement are comprehensive laundry services provided in the Contractor's laundry, along with the lease of underwear and operational clothing. The service includes in particular: washing, disinfection, drying, ironing, ironing, sewing repairs, as well as collection and delivery of the assortment, including loading, unloading and transport by the Contractor. 2. The contractor is obliged to provide an identification system and assortment records enabling automatic identification of individual pieces of textile assortment in a closed loop. 3.The system referred to in section 2, must in particular: 1) enable non-contact reading of the contents of transport bags underwear and clothing, including bags containing contaminated products, without the need to open them at any stage of the implementation of the Agreement, 2) ensure automatic identification of individual items of assortment contained in transport bags, 3)enable simultaneous reading of many pieces of assortment (collective identification), 4) ensure that records of the assortment are kept at all stages of service implementation, in particular in the field of: collection, transport, laundry processes and delivery, 5)Provide complete quantitative accountability of the transferred and returned assortment at the level of individual items. 4.The system for identifying and recording the assortment must comply with the requirements specified in the Warranty Specification...
