Description:
1. The subject of the order includes: 1) checking, giving opinions and approving in formal and legal terms draft contracts, annexes, agreements, orders, authorizations, powers of attorney, regulations, letters, draft normative and legal acts relating to the activities the Ordering Party within 3 business days from the date of their receipt; 2) checking, giving opinions and approving, in formal and legal terms, draft contracts and annexes regarding the implementation of tasks commissioned to non-governmental organizations, within 3 business days from their date receipt;3) issuing legal opinions within 5 working days of receiving a letter or e-mail in this matter;4) giving formal and legal opinions on draft resolutions of the City Council and orders of the Mayor of the City related to the operation of the Ordering Party's statutes;5) giving formal and legal opinions on administrative decisions;6) supervising the preparation and implementation of competition announcements in the scope of the Ordering Party's statutory activities;7) conducting training for candidates to perform the function of a foster family; 8) granting consultations, explanations, advice and legal opinions to the Ordering Party or the Ordering Party's employees, including in the scope of statutory requirements...
