Description:
1.1. The Ordering Party orders, and the Contractor undertakes, comprehensive maintenance of the regular cleanliness of the office premises of the Toruń City Hall and the cleanliness around the buildings, complementary services and minor maintenance repairs (locksmithing, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract template.
1.2. The contractor provides the service that is the subject of the order using its own equipment
and chemicals.
1.3. The implementation of the service consists in fulfilling by the Contractor at least the obligations in accordance with the content of Annex No. 1 to the contract template, containing a schedule divided into detailed activities and the scope of daily service and cleaning of individual rooms of the Ordering Party.
1.4. The list of rooms and the size of the area where the service is to be performed is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the contract template.
1.5.For proper execution subject of the order, the Contractor will provide an appropriate number of cleaning people - at least in the number of hours indicated in Annex 2 to the contract template and at least 1 person supervising the work of the cleaning people.
Detailed description of the subject of the order, including accessibility requirements for for disabled people is included in the contract template and annexes.
The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing cleaning, cleaning and maintenance activities, the performance of which involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22...
