Description:
1. Order: Service.
2. The subject of the contract is comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness on the campus property at 3 Koszarowa Street.
3. The total outer surface covered by cleaning is: 65,200 m2
4. Delivery description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject orders.
5. Delivery scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract and payment terms are indicated in the contract template constituting Annex 9 to SWZ.
6. The Contractor is obliged to have civil liability insurance throughout the duration of the service and on the day of conclusion contracts to submit to the contracting authority the proof of its conclusion, the conditions of the insurer's liability and proof of the payment of the premium.
