- The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the facilities of the ZUS Branch in Zabrze and its subordinate organizational units, as well as in external areas.
The cleaning service will include the following activities: maintaining cleanliness in the Plant's facilities, maintenance keeping the external area clean on properties adjacent to the Plant's facilities, washing windows in the facilities, clearing snow from roofs on the facilities, disinfecting, and performing work related to the care of green areas. Total cleaning area: internal area - 18,823.15 m2, terrain external - 4,899.04 m2, roof snow removal area - 4,370.00 m2.
Order completion date: 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than April 1, 2026.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Annex No 2 to SWZ).
