Description:
The subject of the contract is comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms and service of the cloakroom in buildings No. 2/3 and 21 of the Faculty of Social Sciences. cleaning rangedaily and cyclical, cleaning the property around and at the building, brushing windows and snow removal contains Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.Annex 9 to SWZ.
2. Detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract and payment terms are indicated in the contract template constituting Annex 9 to SWZ.
3. Reverse procedure: Employer, in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 POPP, provides for an inverted order of bid evaluation, i.e.First, he will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
4. Contractors are recommended to make a local vision and check the place of implementationservices and its surroundings with the possibility of making their own measurements, from Monday to Friday between from 08:00 to 13:00, after prior telephone contact with the facility manager. Details can be found in chapter IV SWZ.
