- 1. The subject of the order is: "Comprehensive maintenance of order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Opole University of Technology."
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the annexes:
a) Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ;
b) List of activities for all facilities - Annex No. 1b to the SWZ;
(c)List facilities - Annex No. 1c to SWZ.
d) Instructions for use - room - Annex No. 1d to the SWZ.
As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is required to:
Guaranteed order:
a) comprehensive maintenance of order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Opole University of Technology;
b) ensure at your own expense cleaning products, disinfectants, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. necessary to complete the order.
Optional order consisting in the implementation of the scope identical to the guaranteed order within the deadline specified in Chapter VII section 1.
Optional order launched will be a separate order within 30 days before its implementation begins.
3. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the execution of an optional order.
