- 1) The subject of the contract is:
• comprehensive maintenance of low greenery
including mowing lawns, planting annual plants, care of annual and perennial plantings, care and cutting of trees, shrubs and hedges, spring and autumn raking of green areas, fertilization and watering plants.
• Emptying street baskets
Comprehensive services in green areas also include emptying street baskets that should be emptied Regularly, as you fill them, in the baskets you should always put a one -time waste bag after emptying. Keep clean ground In the immediate vicinity of the street basket - 1.0 m2. The empty frequency of street baskets is described in detail for each sector in Annex 4 to the contract "List of street baskets for 2026-2027". • Summer and winter maintenance of pavements and stairs in the area of green areas.
Down Summer maintenance of pavements and stairs in the area of green areas is assumed to sweep once a week in the period from 01.04.2026. - 31.10.2026r. and from 01.04.2027 - 31.10.2027 (Annex 5 to the contract "List of pavements and stairs for winter and summer maintenance for 2026-2027".)
