2. In depending on the season and weather conditions, the Contractor undertakes to perform the works:
1) winter maintenance including:
-The likes and eliminating winter slippery by sprinkling and rushing the street roadway
about categories of national, voivodship, poviat and municipal roads, followed by municipal public transport, in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 to the contract template,
