Comprehensive modernization and expansion of hospital infrastructure (Urology, Endoscopy, Operating Theater) - design, construction and equipment as part of the task entitled: "Improving access to... numbering in accordance with SWZ 3.1. The subject of the order is: "Comprehensive modernization and expansion of hospital infrastructure (Urology, Endoscopy, Operating Theater) - design, construction and equipment as part of the task entitled: "Increasing access to oncological diagnostics and treatment services in Multi-specialty Hospital - SPZOZ in Zgorzelec. 3.2. The detailed scope of work and deliveries commissioned to the Contractor is set out in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (Descriptions of the subject of the order and Functional and Utility Programs of each Stage along with attachments), project contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, as well as this specification of terms of contract and its annexes. 3.3. The task is carried out in the "design, implement" formula. 3.6. The Ordering Party requires and the Contractor undertakes to employ employees directly performing activities in the field of: - related to the performance of demolition works, - related to the performance of general construction works, - related to the implementation of electrical and telecommunications installations, - related to the implementation of networks and installations sanitary pursuant to an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, taking into account the minimum remuneration for work determined pursuant to Article 2(1) 3-5 of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum remuneration for work, throughout the entire period of implementation of the Agreement.
