• 1. The subject of the order is comprehensive modernization and expansion of IT infrastructure - server and network environment, design and implementation of a WLAN network with cabling, security and backup "The proceedings are being conducted for the purpose of implementing the project entitled: Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", supported by under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, hereinafter referred to as the National Recovery Plan” 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order be covered by a warranty - in accordance with the annex No. 1a to SWZ. 4. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor provides training in the operation of the offered subject of the order described in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 5. Wherever the subject of the order is described by indicating signs goods, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters - indicated in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - and will not lower the standards specified in the SWZ, If the Contractor proposes equivalent products, he is obliged to prepare and attach to the offer a list of all proposed equivalent elements and...
