Description:
1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the auditorium of the Regional Cultural Center of Fabryka Emocji in Piła.2. The contractor will implement the subject of the order in the design and build formula based on the Functional and Utility Program.3. The scope of the order includes preparation of documentation design and cost estimate and implementation of construction works. 4. The scope of preparation of design and cost estimate documentation includes: a) preparation of design documentation and construction design to the extent necessary to obtain the necessary administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, in particular obtaining a building permit, b) preparing multi-discipline detailed designs and obtaining expert opinions and agreements resulting from them under the law, together with obtaining a decision on behalf of the Ordering Party enabling the implementation of the investment, c) preparing technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works, d) preparation of cost estimate documentation (investor cost estimates), e) obtaining all consents, decisions, conditions and arrangements required by the current Construction Law or other related regulations as well as decisions and permits you are married...
