REQUEST FOR AN OFFERThe procedure consists of the following steps: 1. Submitting an offer within the deadline for submitting offers on the platform; 2. Technical assessment and agreeing/supplementing the offer (if necessary); 3. Electronic auction on the purchasing platform www.pwpw.eb2b.pl or direct negotiations; 5. Checking and approval of the Contractor; 6. Placing an Order. SUBJECT OF THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE: 1. PWPW is interested in obtaining market offers for the comprehensive modernization of the galvanic washings treatment plant. 2. The requirements of the device are specified in the technical specification, which is attached as Annex No. 1 to SIWZ. SCOPE OF THE REQUEST FOR OFFER (scope of information required from Suppliers): 1. Reference to all requirements specified in the technical specification in Annex No. 1. 2. Providing the declarations specified in Par. 5th SIWZ. and Annex No. 2 to the SIWZ.3. Providing references of at least 2 pieces for a similar one scope, for the amount of min. 1 million. 4. Enable a visit to the plant where the company performed work of a similar scope in the number of at least 1.5. Determine the price of the device [PLN or EUR]. 6. Provide the delivery date [weeks].
