Description:
The subject of the contract includes comprehensive modernization of residential and service buildings at ul. Stalowa 34 in Warsaw. The purpose of the contract is to obtain as a result of modernization of the effect in the form of restoring buildings for use in accordance with applicable regulations (according to as at the date of issuing a building permit) and current technical knowledge and technical standards, as well as comprehensive land development.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope and manner of implementation are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract together with the documents constituting Its integral part, i.e. description of the subject of the contract - Annex 2 to the Agreement (WSU), Project documentation specified in detail in Chapter XXI para. 6 of the specification of the terms of the contract (Annexes from No. 6 to No. 36) with the proviso that the values constituting Annex 36 constitute an auxiliary material and are not the basis for the valuation of the subject of the contract, the planned provisions of the contract consisting of the detailed conditions of the contract called in the WSU's contract documents and the general terms of the construction works contract called in the documents - constituting a total of Annex 5 to SWZ.
