Description:
The subject of the order includes the comprehensive modernization of a residential building at ul. Woomiska 17. The aim of the order is to achieve the effect of modernization in the form of restoring the buildings to use in accordance with applicable regulations. (as at the date of issuing the decision on the construction permit) and current technical knowledge and technical standards as well as comprehensive land development. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the scope and method of implementation are specified in the specification of conditions order along with documents constituting its integral part, i.e.: Design Documentation, detailed in Chapter XVIII section 6 of the Specification of Order Conditions constituting Annex No. 6, with the reservation that the Bills of Quantities constitute auxiliary material and are not the basis for make a valuation of the subject of the order, the draft provisions of the contract consisting of the Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, referred to as the WSU in the order documents, and the General Terms and Conditions of the Construction Works Agreement, referred to as the OWURB in the order documents (Appendix No. 14 to the WSU) - together with annexes, constituting Annex No. 7 to St.
