Description:
The subject of the contract includes comprehensive modernization of residential buildings at ul. Ząbkowska 19 in Warsaw. The purpose of the contract is to obtain as a result of modernization of the effect in the form of restoring buildings for use in accordance with applicable regulations (as of the statethe day of issuing a building permit) and current technical knowledge and technical standards as well as comprehensive land development.An integral part, i.e. description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ, Design documentation specified in detail in chapter 21st paragraph 7 of the specification of the contract terms (Annexes from No. 7 to No. 53) with the proviso that the number constituting attachments from No. 50 to No. 53 constitute an auxiliary materialand are not the basis for the valuation of the subject of the contract, the planned provisions of the contract together with attachments - Annex 5 to SWZ.
