Description:
1. The subject of the order are services in the field of comprehensive mowing of lawns, including raking and removal of mows, as well as mowing of forest areas in the Silesian Park in 2026/2027.
The lawn mowing area planned for the duration of the contract is estimated at 1,600,000 m2. The ordering party decides on the places, dates, order and frequency of mowing of individual sections and quarters.
The mowing and mulching area planned for the duration of the contract is estimated at 150,000 m2. The ordering party decides on the places, dates, order and frequency of mowing individual sections and quarters.

2. The detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constitutes: Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
3. Additional conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The deadline for completing the subject of the order is set at 12 (twelve) months from the commencement of work, but not earlier than June 24, 2026.
