Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel, i.e. the High-Momethane Gaz E for a period of 12 months, including the sale of gas fuel and the provision of its distribution services from the gas network to facilities in the Management Board of the Warmian-Masurian Guard DepartmentGraniczna.
Delivered natural gas should meet the legal requirements and technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law
and executive acts issued on its basis and the Act of 16 February 2007 on oil reserves, oil productsand natural gas and the rules of conduct in situations of threat to the state's fuel safety and disturbances on the oil market (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1281).energy (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), in accordance with the applicable ordinances to the above -mentioned Act and the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1061, as amended), the principles set out in the license and according to pricesThe Contractor presented in the offer, with below specified sets:
