- The subject of the order is, in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, comprehensive operation and maintenance of a multimedia fountain in the City Park in Legnica. The subject of the order includes the following tasks: 1) related to the implementation of operation and maintenance works, in accordance with the basic activities service related to the operation of fountain technology devices and installations, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract and resulting from the fountain technology operation instructions constituting Annex No. 2 to the contract, The description of the fountain devices and installations includes the fountain technology design, constituting Annex No. 6 to the contract.2) 24-hour security of the facility during the contract implementation period: from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 consisting of: a) ensuring 24-hour physical protection and intervention group service - the area covered by protection is defined in Annex No. 8 to the contract.
