- 1. The subject of the contract is the organization of the Maลopolska Festival of Taste (MFS).
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract. SOPZ is an integral part of the procedure.
3. The conditions of the implementationOrders are included in the planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).transfer to the contracting authority author's property rights to performed works, in accordance with the contract.
5. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scopeOrder processing, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 ยง1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.The Maลopolska Festival of Taste (MFS).
