- The subject of the order includes accommodation and meals, providing a conference room and transport for employees of the Office of the Patient Ombudsman (hereinafter referred to as workshop participants). The order concerns the comprehensive organization and implementation of accommodation, catering and transport services for approximately 150 workshop participants. As part of the order, the Ordering Party plans, among others: - Accommodation: ensuring an appropriate number of accommodation places in a hotel of a specific standard, in a selected location, taking into account the needs of workshop participants. - Transport: organization of transport of workshop participants with the Ordering Party's registered office, ul. Pocka 11/13, 01-231 Warszawa to the place of execution of the subject of the order and back, taking into account the number of workshop participants and the distance. - Meals: Providing full board for workshop participants (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks) at the workshop place, with taking into account dietary preferences (especially a vegetarian diet). - Conference room: providing a conference room, equipped in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.
