Description:
I. The subject of the order is a comprehensive organization and service of conferences of the 5th Polish Congress of Polish Statistics in Warsaw.
II. The subject of the contract includes the performance of 3 tasks:
1. Task I - providing space, rooms and spaces in which the conference will take place, including:
1) providing the roomconference for 350 participants on July 1-3, 2025 during plenary sessions;
2) providing three rooms with equipment on July 1-3, 2025, each for at least 120 participants in which panel sessions will take place, with the proviso that each of the rooms should have an independent entrancefrom the corridor (none of the rooms can be a pedestrian room). The Employer reserves a non -costing possibility to resign from one of the rooms;
3) ensuring the exhibition space to organize a poster session, taking into account racks or suspended system (e.g. on links) or other equivalentSolutions to display a maximum of 20 posters in A0 format. The poster session will be organized in one conference day indicated by the Employer;
4) providing a technical room for at least 10 people from July 1-3, 2025;
5) providing access to the abovementioned conference rooms andtechnical room on the day preceding the conference from 14.30 to 18:30 and arrangement of the above space as agreed with the Ordering Party;
6) ensuring adequate space for meals, coffee and sewage services, networking in the intervals between sessions;
