- 1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organization and service of promotional events as part of the days of European funds, hereinafter referred to as DFE:
1) comprehensive organization and service of promotional events under DFE, i.e. one -day events, in four towns of Lesser Poland: CiΔΕΌkowice, Limanowa, Limanowa,Sucha Beskidzka and LudΕΊmierz.
2) The implementation and delivery of promotional materials for the needs of DFE, i.e. the production and/or purchase of information and promotional materials, and then providing them and discharging them at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
2. Entry of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex 1D toSWZ.
3. The contract implementation conditions are included in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitutes Annex 1c to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
4.resulting from art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of contract implementation, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 Β§1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Codework. .
