Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and validation of free market qualifications. The detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Specification, and the order will be implemented on the terms specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Specification.
The proceedings are divided into 3 (three) PARTS, and the subject of each PART is:
PART 1 - Auditing of digital documents based on the WCAG standard, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;
PART 2 Auditing website accessibility websites in accordance with the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standard - Annex No. 1 to SWZ;
PART 3 - Using the WCAG standard (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) when creating and customizing websites, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it (in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
3. The order is co-financed from European Union funds as part of the investment called "Systemic education of digital accessibility specialists", co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program.
