Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of the Cross-border Job Fair in a hybrid form (integrated stationary and online event giving a synergy effect) with the working name "II Cross-border Job Fair - HyBBryd Edition" with the participation of entrepreneurs and employers (minimum 25 maximum 50 stationary and virtual stands) and job seekers from Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including:
1.1. Regarding the online form:
a) Providing an online platform in 3 languages (Polish, Czech and Slovak) with full technical support for the organization of the 2nd Cross-Border Fair Work HyBBry Edition;
b) Comprehensive online organization of the 2nd Cross-Border Job Fair - HyBBry Edition
c) Placing all content, materials and offers provided by the Ordering Party on the platform and providing technical support in this process;
d)Providing appropriate technical security of the platform and the resources provided to the extent necessary for the efficient, safe and proper conduct of the fair;
e) Promotion of the event, including the development and implementation of a promotional campaign in social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order.
f) Broadcasting selected fragments of a stationary event on an online platform.
g) Appropriate integration of the online event with the stationary event.
