Description:
1. The subject of the order is to organize and conduct 5 entertainment events. During each 2.5-hour event, there will be a part for children and a part for youth and adults at the same time. Adults will be able to leave their children under the care of guardians duration of the adult film. Each time, the number of participants in the event will be a maximum of 260 people (including a maximum of 130 children in the age category of 7-14 years and a maximum of 130 participants aged 15 and more). 2. The Ordering Party expects that, as part of each of the 5 events, the Contractor will provide: in particular: a) multimedia presentation for children aged 7-14; b) screening of the film for participants aged 7 and over; c) broadcast of the film entitled Chopin, Chopin! in d. Michaa Kwieciski (2025) for participants aged 15 and over; d) two knowledge competitions with prizes about life and creativity Fryderyk Chopin; e) refreshments for all participants.
