- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the organization of the event entitled Promotion Forum of the Łodź Voivodeship.
The subject of the contract consists of three stages:
Stage and
Hotel and catering services during the forum.
Stage II
Production of conference materials and media, According to graphic designs provided by the Ordering Party, with the deadline for implementation until the day preceding the forum.
Stage III
Conference services with technical services, which will be performed from the date of signing the contract to three days from the date of the forum end.
2. The order of the contract has been Described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ"), constituting Annex 1 to SWZ, which is also Annex 1 to the draft contract (Annex 12 to SWZ). The contractor performing the task is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring availability to people with special needs. (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1411).
