Description:
1. The subject of the order is comprehensive organization of the festival for students - Delfinalia 2025.2. Deadline for order completion: May 29-30, 2026 (permissible date: a week before or a week after the above-mentioned date, two concert days with a minimum of 6 hours of the festival.3. Place: Pouńskie Pier in Gdynia near the Gdynia Oceanarium.4. The expected number of participants on one day will be at least 10,000 participants (including the possibility of purchasing a ticket for each interested student of the Maritime University of Gdynia at a price not higher than than PLN 20 for 1 day of participation in the festival).6. The Contractor's responsibilities include the comprehensive organization of the festival, in particular: 1) Providing artists (minimum 4 artists on each concert day), including: a) at least 4 artists from the top 20 OLIS list currently and in last half or yearb) at least 2 artists with Spotify listeners over 2 million per month) at least 2 artists with Spotify listeners over 1.5 million per monthd) at least 4 artists with over 40,000 subscribers on YouTube2) covering all costs related to the performance Artists during the festival, including Artists' fees, transport costs, accommodation and meals.
