Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive organization of a foreign studio trip for firefighters to the Czech Republic. The order includes ensuring, among others transport, food, accommodation, translation.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (called Further on the model of the contract).
95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship In art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
5. The landlord informs that he intends to allocate PLN 111,000.00 gross to finance the order.
6. The order of the contract is co -financed from the European Agricultural Fund for rural development as part of the scheme II: Support for operations implemented under KSOW+ PS WPR 2023-2027 - technical support under the strategic plan for the common agricultural policy for 2023-2027 - II scheme.
