• The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organization and logistics and technical service of 4 meetings of the Program Council for Just Transformation of the Western Lesser Poland in the following poviats: Chrzanow, Oświęcim, Olkuski and Wadowicki, within 9 months from the date of conclusion of the contract with the conclusion of the contract with The Contractor, along with the possibility of exercising the right of options after the end of the basic order for the organization of a maximum of 4 meetings, up to 12 months from the date of submitting the declaration on exercising the right of options.
  The organization of each meeting should be understood as the contractor to ensure: the conference room with equipment and parking spaces, catering, sound system, preparation of the recipient of the meeting, marking the place of the meeting, designating the coordinator for contacts with the Employer and the preparation/purchase of materials needed for the council meetings.
