Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organization of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 two -day meetings of the bodies in the city of Krakow or the Lesser Poland Voivodeship with the right of options.
2. The survivor plans to organize several two -day meetings of the bastards (minimum 2, maximum 4) for a maximum of 100people in each meeting, mainly related to the work of the Monitoring Committee of the European Funds program for Lesser Poland 2021-2027.
3. The contractor as part of the basic contract will be obliged to guarantee a conference room with equipment on one of the days of the meeting, dinner, coffee breakContinuous, accommodation with breakfast, parking spaces and coordinator for contacts with the ordering party. As part of the option, the Contractor may be obliged to provide optional order elements in addition to the basic order, about whichSpeech in point VI-XIII SOPZ. Order under the right of the option will be carried out in parallel with the order as part of the basic order, individual elements for implementation will be reported each time the contractors in the organization of meetings, as requested by the Employer.Orders (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the contract....
