- The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service for the organization of the Forum of NGOs and Plenipotentiaries for cooperation with NGOs from the Łodź Voivodeship 2022.
The subject of the contract consists of five stages:
Stage I - Conference services;
Stage II - Servicesgastronomic services;
Stage III - Production and delivery services of promotional materials and conference media, in accordance with the Employer's graphic designs;
Stage IV - Program services, technical service along with the promotion of the event;
Stage V - Other services.
