Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of ten training courses in Gdańsk for employees of the Poviat Labor Offices from the Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Provincial Labor Office in Gdańsk (collectively hereinafter referred to as: PSZ employees) in connection with the implementation of the project entitled "Pomeranian Studio Development of Skills of Public Employment Services" as part of the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
2. The contractor will be obliged to provide: trainers, accommodation, meals, a room with technical facilities, training materials and the Coordinator/Supervisor.
3. The order is awarded in parts.
4. The Ordering Party divided the order into 10 (ten) parts, each part constitutes a separate subject of the order.
1) Training topics:
a)Part I - two editions of a two-day training entitled: "Excel level "basic". Two groups (15 - 25 people) with a total of 34 people.
b)Part II - Two-day training entitled: "Social media and presentations (Canva)" for a group of 25 people.
c)Part III - Two-day training entitled: "AI and automation in public administration - application, ethics, security" for the group 25 seater.
d)Part IV - Two-day training entitled: "Team cooperation and building relationships" for a group of 25 people.
e)Part V - Two editions of a two-day training entitled: "Basics of cybersecurity for public administration employees, digitization in administration (electronic signature, profile zauf...
