Description:
The proceedings are conducted in an open tender mode, pursuant to art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The provisions of the PZP Act apply for matters not covered in SWZ.
Pursuant to art. 359 of the PZP Act, when awarding orders for social services, the provisions of the Act competent for the contract shall apply classic with a value equal or exceeding the EU thresholds - if the value of the order expressed in PLN is equal or exceeds the equivalent of EUR 750,000, with the possibility of excluding the application of selected provisions of the PZP Act, referred to in art. 360 of that Act.
The ordering party in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 of the PZP Act informs that he will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of a comprehensive Organization of two-day meetings for participants of the "We include Pomeranian!" Project, implemented under the European Funds program for social development 2021-2027 Action Fers 04.13 High-quality social inclusion system co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, hereinafter referred to as the project, consisting in ensuring the appropriate for the size of the training area, gastronomic service and hotel service for project participants.
