2. List of order elements:
2.1 Element No. 1-Comprehensive organizational, Non-night-gastronomy service of a 2-day conference"Green transformation of cities",
2.2 SEASE No. 2-a comprehensive organizational and nucleal and gastronomic service of one studio visit,
2.3 Sellement No. 3-Information and conference materials for the needs of events.
Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract(The planned provisions of the public procurement agreement constitute Annex 2 to SWZ) It will be an attachment to the contract.
2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. The appointment does not provide for conductby the contractor of the local vision and the check of the documents necessary to perform the contract, referred to in art. 131 para. 2 of the Act.
4. The Employer reserves that he may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the contractor's subjective qualification.
5. The ordering party norequires the provision of a proper performance of the contract.
6. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
7. The Employer reserves that in accordance with art. 257 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) may annul the procedure for grantingorders,...
