Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is comprehensive transport services for works of art for the exhibition Italian Views by Van Wittel, which will be presented at the Royal Castle in Warsaw in the period from March 22, 2024 to June 23, 2024. List of works of art intended for on displayin Annex No. 1 to the SWZ., 2. The subject of the order includes the following activities: 1) production of specialized packaging for the transport of works of art, 2) packing and unpacking of objects by qualified employees, 3) specialized preparation of objects for transport, movementobjects on the premises of the borrower and the Ordering Party, by experienced employees, 4) transport by specialized means of transport that meets the requirements of the Ordering Party and the owners of the objects, 3. Boxes for packing objects should meet the following conditions: 1) made of resistant materialto the action of water and moisture and resistant to vibrations, the boxes are to be painted with waterproof paint, 2) have thermal insulation properties, 3) the inside is lined with a material safe for objects, 4) the boxes are screwed together with screws or bolts, 4.
