Description:
The subject of the order is the obligation to comprehensively perform, for a fee, the duties of a supervisor over construction works during the implementation of the task entitled: Renovation of historic chapels in the area of the City and the Spa Commune of Muszyna to the extent provided for by the provisions, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994 r. Construction Law, individual permits and opinions of the Maopolska Provincial Conservator of Monuments, as well as permits from the Staroste of Nowosdecki and a certificate from the Staroste of Nowosdecki on no objection to the notification of the intention to perform construction works. The task is carried out as part of project titled The historic borderland is becoming more beautiful - we are renovating and making available historical attractions on the cross-border route from Muszyna to Sabinowo (part of EuroVelo11) co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Interreg Poland Slovakia 2021-2027 Program: priority 3. Creative and attractive tourism Borderland, specific objective 1.
