Description:
1. Comprehensive physical and electronic protection of persons, property and facilities of Miejskie Zakłady Komunalne Sp. z o. o. in Kostrzyn nad Odr at the headquarters at ul. Mikoaja Kopernika 4a and the area of the Border Market in Kostrzyn nad Odr at ul. Sikorskiego 42. The Ordering Party will sign separate agreements with the Contractor to both locations.3. The Contractor's obligations include:3.1. having an Alarm Monitoring Station (SMA) located outside the ordering party's facilities and connecting the ordering party's existing alarm systems to the Contractor's Monitoring Station. The contractor will transmit signals using its own devices alarms to ARC .3.2. ensuring 24/7 communication and the possibility of online control for the user of the arming/disarming status of the alarm system3.3. providing devices to control the work of guards along with software enabling online viewing - control of activities in real time or printout of the indicated work period at the request of the ordering party3.4. making rounds during night shifts at the premises: headquarters and marketplace.3.5. supervision of the CCTV system in all facilities where it is installed (also applies to facilities where who...
