- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in particular in the field of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering postal and courier items and parcels and their possible returns within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Services, for the benefit of the District Office in Raciborz. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the tender application. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) services falling within the scope of universal services, consisting of accepting, sorting, moving and delivering postal items (letter and parcels),2) services consisting in accepting, sorting, moving and delivering courier items,3) return services to the ordering party's registered office of undelivered items,4) collection of items from two places indicated as the Ordering Party's headquarters and transport to broadcasting facilities. The remaining terms and conditions of the order are specified in the contract template attached to this document orders.
