Description:
The subject of the order is comprehensive printing and related tasks, along with the rental of printing devices. The scope of work includes: 1) supply of a non-exclusive license/granting a sublicense for the duration of this Agreement, granted by the software manufacturer the Contractor's system, the conditions of which the manufacturer has attached to the software, however, no worse than those resulting from the Agreement, allowing the use of the Contractor's system installed on devices connected to the LAN and specified in the Description of the Subject Order, i.e. Annex No. 9 to the SWZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract; in the case of licensing based on limits on the number of supported equipment due to the withdrawal of obsolete devices from use or the purchase of new ones, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the scope of devices subject to maintenance services under this Agreement, however, the maximum number of devices will not exceed 200 pieces. A change of the devices referred to in the previous sentence will not constitute an amendment to the Agreement; 2) implementation of the system Print service contractors; 3) providing service for printing devices under the conditions and recommendations of their manufacturers...
