Description:
1.Part I, property and liability insurance orders: A. property insurance against all risks;B. electronic equipment insurance against all risks;C. civil liability insurance.2. The description of PART I of the order is included in Appendix No. 5, 5A to SWZ. 3. Due to the nature of the order, the Ordering Party does not specify requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the execution of the order, referred to in this requirements referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law. The insurance service consists in providing a specific monetary benefit in the event of an accident specified in the contract, activities carried out by the contractor do not require constant involvement of people, but only individual involvement contribution, and therefore the activities related to the execution of the order do not consist in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended).
