Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in comprehensive protection of the facility, property and adjacent areas at ul. Przystankowa 2 in Lzie. The facility is located on a plot of land, which is an immovable property with a detached utility building serving as a local government kindergarten, a center health, a village community center with kitchen facilities and a library. In the adjacent area there are fenced playgrounds, green areas, a parking lot and a farm yard.4.2. The total area of the facility is 2,606.28 m2 (including 1,745.79 m2 for the kindergarten and 860.49 m2 for the common room and others.4.3. As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 4.3.1. Comprehensive physical protection including protection against theft, burglary or other acts of lawlessness resulting in the taking or destruction of property of the Kobierzyce Commune. The area adjacent to the protected facility is also subject to protection, with the following reservations: 4.3.2. provision of constant supervision and direct physical protection to the Ordering Party by a security officer, which the Contractor will provide on the following days and hours specified in the Schedule.4.4.
