Description:
1 for the needs of the Voivodship Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lublica. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is included in the template of the washing desk agreement - Advocation No. 6.3. As part of the subject of the fleece, based on the lease agreement, the contractor will use the room of the underwear warehouse along with the equipment, located in the laundry building at the Ordering House. The contractor of rent from the lease obligated will be to bear, among others cost thermal energy of the rented premises and cost of insurance for the subject of the lease. Annual net costs in 2024: 1) rent 53 472.00 Z, 2) heat energy 32 877.59 Z, 3) insurance of the lease item 469.94 Z. Detailed conditions of the lease of premises are in the template of the lease agreement 7.
