Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of organization services:
- two meetings of the Convention of Marshal of the Polish Voivodships,
- one meeting of the Convention of the President of the Assembly of the Assembly of the Polish Voivodships,
- one meeting of the Convention of Secretaries of Voivodships,
- meetings of expert teams.
2.As part of the organization, the Contractor will provide services in the field of: —T to conference rooms equipped with the necessary audiovisual equipment with technical support,
nocleges,
− − − − − − Catering (catering),
−transports in the Łodź Voivodeship,
-providing information and promotional materials,
potential, cultural and social achievements, traditions and values of the Łodź Voivodeship (in the form of activity or performance or studio performance or visiting),
- providing conference and exhibition materials.
