Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of the Śląskie Voivodeship in fair/events. The order is divided into 2 parts:
a) Part 1 "Comprehensive provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of
voivodshipŚląski at the Gitex Europe 2025 (21-23.05.2025) in Berlin (Germany) "
b) Part 2" Comprehensive provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of the Śląskie Voivodeship in the Infoshare 2025 conference (27-28.05.2025) in Gdańsk. " The contracting authority, in relation to both parts of the order,He reserves the obligation to perform in person by the Contractor, without the participation of a subcontractor, a key part of the contract, i.e. ensuring the service of the guardian/coordinator of the group during the entire trip, which is an employee of the contractor employed under a contract of employment with a minimum of annual work experience. Principles of benefitServices by the guardian/coordinator of the group were described in OPZ (Annexes 3a and 3B to SWZ) and in § 10 PPU (Annexes No. 2A and 2B to SWZ).
