Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of the Śląskie Voivodeship in the fair. The order is divided into 3 parts:
a) Part 1 "Comprehensive provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of the Śląskie Voivodeship in the fair MSV 2025 in Brno (Czech Republic) on October 7-10, 2025;
b) Part 2 "Comprehensive provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of the Śląskie Voivodeship in the Medica Fair on November 17-20, 2025 in Duesseldorf, in the Federal Republic of Germany;
c) Part 3 "Comprehensive The provision of transport and logistics services in connection with the participation of the Śląskie Voivodeship in the World Health Expo Dubai fair taking place on 9-12.02.2026 in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. "
2 Hotel rooms met standards that ensure accessibility to people with special needs in accordance with art. 6 of the Act of 19 LICA 2019 on ensuring availability to people with special needs.
3. Description of the subject of the contract (in short: OPZ) is:
a) for part 1 - Annex No. 3a to SWZ/Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract,
b) for Part 2 - Annex 3B to SWZ/Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract,
